The most Nekketsu character Capom created.
Makoto always reminds me of Akane in Ranma Nibun no Ichi series... For some reasons...
This painting was one of my submited artworks for "Street fighter tribute" artbook.

"The most Nekketsu character Capcom created" .. barring Hayato Nekketsu (Rival Schools) of course. ;D Haha. I love Makoto, she's so much fun to use in battle and her design is simple, yet very effective.

You're so right about it!
Hayato is just made of pure Nekketsu. (even his name...)
The goos thing about Makoto is her kind of traditional look in comparition to the over-used shotos...
